As you might imagine, JDL offices are flooded with email, snail mail and voice mail from supporters and adversaries. Dear JDL spotlights a cross section of these communications. Because of space constraints, we choose not to post all correspondence on our website, but we regularly select a portion of the messages we receive for publication on Dear JDL. The letters posted are uncensored; spelling and grammar are posted as received. Email addresses of supporters are omitted for obvious reasons, but we earnestly and unapologetically include the email addresses of Jew-haters. We believe it is necessary to alert the public to enemies of goodness and decency.

Some visitors to our website have expressed bewilderment at the level of Jew-hatred posted to Dear JDL; for them it is a powerful wake up call to the truth that evil certainly exists in society - even in the most culturally sophisticated countries of the world. We believe it is crucial to let the general public know how and what Jew-haters think. And we think it's important to let our detractors know that the Jewish Defense League, the State of Israel and the Jewish People in general have some wonderful supporters, too.
